artl IT Requirements
artl requires the use of Adobe Acrobat Reader version 8.1 or above and Gemalto software. Both are available to download free of charge.
Please complete all the steps below to ensure your computer is ready.
1. Read the Full IT Requirements Document
2. Download and Install the Adobe Reader
3. Download and Install the Gemalto Software for the card reader. (eServices users can download the software via the link on the eServices Bulletin Board when logged in, or contact eServices@ros.gov.uk).
4. Adjust the browser settings on all ARTL users' PCs (Windows 7/8/Vista users only)
5. Install the CA certificates on the LRA's PC
6. Check Adobe Reader and Gemalto software is installed properly
