Completion of Fee Consultation

The eight-week period for the submission of responses to the Registers of Scotland recent consultation document on a new draft fee order ended on 19th June 2006.

Analysis of the responses to the consultation can be found in the Consultation Report.

Where confidentiality was not requested by respondees, copies of the responses are also available to the public in the Scottish Executive Library, Y Spur, Saughton House, Broomhouse Drive, Edinburgh EH11 3XD. Copies of responses can be viewed by visiting the library or can be provided by post. Charges for photocopies are made on a cost recovery basis.
