The eight-week period for the submission of responses to our recent consultation document on a new draft fee order ended on 12 September. Registers of Scotland anticipate that analysis of the responses to the consultation will be completed shortly. Further information will be made available in due course.

Meantime, Registers of Scotland would like to thank all those who took the time to consider the consultation and made their views known.

You can also access copies of those responses, where respondees did not request confidentiality, by clicking here.

Where confidentiality was not requested by respondees, copies of the responses are also available to the public in the Scottish Executive Library, K Spur, Saughton House, Broomhouse Drive, Edinburgh EH11 3XD. Copies of responses can be viewed by visiting the library or can be provided by post. Charges for photocopies are made on a cost-recovery basis.
