1. Some types of transaction may be subject to additional fees which cannot be ascertained by using this calculator, for example

• because they affect more than one registered title in the Land Register or
• because the relevant deed must be recorded in more than one county in the General Register of Sasines or
• because the deed contains new real burdens or servitudes and so the transaction must be registered against more than one property

2. Some special types of conveyance or notices of title are subject to minimum fees. For further information in such cases, you may wish to consult Customer Services.
