This
calculator should be used for calculating the fee for the registration
or recording of
• Dispositions
• Deeds of Servitude and
• other conveyances,
• Notices of Title submitted to the General Register of
Sasines.
It
should not be used for applications which will be submitted
using the ARTL system.
The appropriate registration fee is based upon the consideration
for the transaction in question or the value of the interest
affected, whichever is the higher, using Table A of the Fees
in the Registers of Scotland Order 1995 as amended.
