Registration — Payment Options

There are three different payment options when submitting applications to the Land Register; Direct Debit, cheque and occasionally when Personal Presentments are made, cash. Direct Debit avoids the problems associated with cheques and is a cheaper, more secure and efficient method of payment.

  • More flexibility
  • Less risk of rejection due to insufficient Registration fees

  • Occasionally used for Personal Presentments
  • Less flexible
  • Increased risk of rejection due to insufficient funds
