Land and Property Data — Land Values
This is a monthly extract of base data for all property transactions. It consists of 4 CSV spreadsheets which cover address of subjects, price paid, date registered, land classification, purchaser and, in some cases, seller. There is a unique identifier in each spreadsheet which allows the data to be imported into a database and the tables to be linked. This data also includes geo-coding. This report can be purchased for the whole of Scotland or for each registration county. Land Values data is available from May 2000.
This can be viewed in any application that supports comma-separated values and is compatible with most databases or EIS software. The data contains the above key information fields and is separated into 4 main file names (click here for samples).
