Land and Property Data — Sales for Consideration
This is a monthly extract on an Excel spreadsheet of residential sales where a consideration (price) of over £5,000 has been recorded. This report can be purchased for the whole of Scotland or for each registration county. Sales for Consideration data is available from January 2001. (click here for a sample)
From 1 May 2008, this data also contains easting and northing information. Sales for Consideration data is also available with a property type field.
