Land and Property Data — Sales for Consideration plus House Types
This is a monthly extract on an Excel spreadsheet of residential sales where a consideration (price) of over £5,000 has been recorded. It also includes a field showing house type (detached, semi-detached, terrace, flat). Sales that can not be allocated to a particular house type are marked as unallocated. This report can be purchased for the whole of Scotland or for each registration county. Sales for Consideration plus House Type data is available from January 2001. (click here for a sample)
From 1 May 2008, this data also contains easting and northing information.
