12-15% of Land Register applications are returned by our Intake Section. Over 30,000 applications will be affected this year. This results in delays in establishing a date-of-registration and increases administrative costs for both RoS and the profession. In an attempt to address this issue, INTAKE ENVELOPES are available free-of-charge and come with these Guidance Notes.
