Sandy McNeil, Head of Legal Services

Sandy joined RoS in January 2010 and oversees all legal matters and heads up our Legal Services Department. A qualified solicitor, Sandy joined the Civil Service in 1999 working in the Government Legal Service. More recently was part of the team working on the Crofting Bill which was recently introduced to the Scottish Parliament.
