Fee Review Consutation 2010 Update - 14/10/10

Responses to the Fee Review 2010 Consultation Paper have now been analysed and Scottish Ministers have given their approval to publish the following documents:

  • Registers of Scotland Fee Review 2010 Analysis of Consultation Responses;
  • Registers of Scotland Fee Review 2010 Consultation Report;
  • Responses that gave appropriate permission to publish; and
  • Answers to questions raised during the consultation period.

The documents can be found at ros.gov.uk/feereview2010. Scottish Ministers will be seeking to introduce the proposed fees as soon as possible by bringing forward an Amendment Order to the Fees in the Registers of Scotland Order 1995. It is anticipated that the new fees will come in to force in the first quarter of 2011.
