RoS Civil Service People Survey Results 2011

The Civil Service People Survey was conducted in September and October 2011 and involved 97 organisations representing nearly 300,000 civil servants. The 2011 CSPS was the largest engagement survey ever carried out in the UK. Registers of Scotland (RoS) recorded 78% of staff taking part (933).

The focus of the survey is to measure Employee Engagement. The questions are divided into sections covering leadership, change, resources, workload, learning, team working and management effectiveness. With the information provided by the survey RoS can identify areas for improvement and put in place action planning.
