Proposed Royal Mail Strikes (6 and 9 November)

Ongoing industrial action by Royal Mail delivery and collection staff sees organised disruptions again scheduled to take place this and next week (Friday 6 and Monday 9 November). Customers should therefore be aware that despite the fact we have received some deliveries on all 4 of the strike days so far;  any mail sent to, or received from, RoS via Royal Mail over the next week may be subject to delays, through the disruption itself and in the time it takes to clear the backlog at mail centres.

Please note that there is no impact on DX and Legal Post services and no impact on any artl users or those seeking to Personally Present deeds at our Customer Service Centres.  In order to ensure as quick a delivery as possible to the appropriate department in RoS, customers are reminded that the appropriate DX and LP numbers can be found at the following link:
