Note 6 Subjects (i)    Insert the full postal address of the subjects (including the postcode) if possible, using the boxes provided. e.g. for “The Cedars”, 22 Merryfield Avenue, Leven KY12 lDV insert Street No 22 Street Name Merryfield Avenue Town Leven Post code KY12 IDV Other The Cedars (ii)   Additional  information  assisting  the  identification  of  the  subjects  (e.g.  the  location  of  a house within a tenement, or a plot number on a builder’s estate) should be inserted in the box marked “other”. (iii)  Where the property does not have a postal address, as full a description of the subjects as is necessary for identification should be inserted in the “other” box. (iv)  In  cases  where  the  subjects  comprise  or  include  superiorities  or  landlord’s  interests  in registered leases, a schedule of feus or leases must accompany the application if an up-to- date list is not included in the title. Where possible, identification should be made on a plan.
