Except for a minor amendment affecting local authorities, the  amendments  are  concerned  only  with  fees  for  obtaining  information  from  the registers: recording and registration fees remain unchanged and it is stressed that the Amendment Order has not replaced the existing Fees Order (“the 1995 Order”) in its entirety. All applications for recording in the Register of Sasines or registration in the Land Register must be submitted with the appropriate fee. All other services will be invoiced.
