Scotland's House Prices — Information
Scotland’s House Prices will show the price paid for the land and property transferred at the time of the sale and it should be noted that this does not necessarily reflect the full market value of the property. An example of this would include when only a share of a property is sold or property is exchanged.

The style of the Scotland's House Prices page have not yet been styled in the same format as the rest of the ros.gov.uk website, although this will be addressed in the coming months.
There may be issues with certain browsers when using Scotland's House Prices. Limited testing has been completed using MS Internet Explorer 7 and 8 and Firefox 2 and 3 (v3.6) with no reported problems. However, there are known issues with Chrome and Safari. We welcome all feedback from users relating to browser issues.
For some users there may be an issue with digital certificates appearing before accessing the Scotland's House Prices pages. These certificates are safe and can be accepted before accessing the site.
