Scotland's House Prices — Information
Scotland’s House Prices will show the price paid for the land and property transferred at the time of the sale and it should be noted that this does not necessarily reflect the full market value of the property. An example of this would include when only a share of a property is sold or property is exchanged.
For further information regarding circumstances that can affect the price paid for a property please see the Scotland's House Prices help text.
The style of the Scotland's House Prices page have not yet been styled in the same format as the rest of the ros.gov.uk website, although this will be addressed in the coming months.
