Development Plan Approval Webinar

Development Plan Approval (DPA) is one of our most successful services, and provides over 300 developers across Scotland with confidence and certainty in quickly registering ownership and rights for new developments.

We’ll be hosting a webinar called 'Getting the most out of Development Plan Approval'. This session is hosted by our service experts, and will emphasise how you can get the most out of DPA. We’ll share insider tips so that you can explore the full capabilities of the service, with a particular focus on how DPA examines draft deed styles, to check they meet the criteria for registration.

Specific areas we’ll discuss are:
*How DPA checks both plans and deeds for new developments
*How DPA allows for digitalisation of future documentation
*How DPA can be used for redevelopments and tenement blocks

Even better, the webinar will be an interactive experience, so you can ask our experts questions directly and in real time.
