Published: 19 January 2016

Registers of Scotland's Business Development Director John King and Informed Solutions' UK CEO Seth Finegan will deliver a joint presentation at a major conference in Edinburgh.  The 'One Public Sector Scotland 2016: Achieving Public Services Excellence' conference will be addressed by Scotland's Deputy First Minister John Swinney MSP, and will feature leading figures from the public, private and third sectors.

The One Public Sector Scotland conference, taking place at the Edinburgh Corn Exchange on Thursday 4 February, will include a variety of plenary speakers, exhibitors and an innovation clinic area running in parallel.  It will offer delegates from all parts of the Scottish public sector an opportunity to network and share best practice across a broad range of service delivery areas.

Informed Solutions were chosen by Registers of Scotland as their digital transformation partners on a programme that will not only deliver a world leading digital register for the citizens of Scotland, but will position RoS at the very forefront of Scotland's "digital future" strategy.

John and Seth will be key presenters in the 'Drivers of Innovation in the Delivery of Public Services' session, delivering a plenary entitled 'The Pull of Demand: The changing consumer'.  Drawing upon their considerable experience of collaborative working, their presentation will set out the challenges associated with becoming more consumer driven; more than just creating consumer focussed digital services, but creating a consumer focused digital organisation.
