Enhanced plan assistance service launched

Published: 07 February 2017

Registers of Scotland (RoS) is pleased to announce the launch of our newly enhanced plan assistance service (PAS) online portal.

The introduction of this new system means that requests can now be submitted digitally. It offers a secure, efficient, streamlined service, where you will be notified at each stage of the process and can monitor the progress of your PAS enquiry online.

Created in a way that regular users of the reports portal will be familiar with in terms of the layout, the portal uses text boxes and drop down menus. It also includes areas where you can add additional information and upload up to five documents or zip files per enquiry.

Registers of Scotland's head of information products Rhona Mackay, comments: “Adding to our popular reports portal to enable customers to order our plans assistance service online is a great step forward. Keeping track of progress, viewing results and invoicing will all now be easier, saving our customers valuable time. We hope this will encourage even more customers to take advantage of the expertise our highly experienced team can offer ahead of registration.”
