Land register application form update

We're altering the format of the land register application form to improve our document return service.

To improve our document return service following registration in the Land Register, we will shortly be altering the format of the Land Register application form. The Agent’s details section will be re-located to the top of the form so that upon postal delivery the address details will be visible through the envelope window. The agent reference, telephone number and email address details will not be visible in the envelope window.

You will not see any change to our eForm service except that the printed form will have the new format.

We have also updated the format of our downloadable forms and request that the updated forms are used with immediate effect. If you would like to join the eForm service please contact your account manager.
