Statement from the keeper

Yesterday, we failed to deliver the standard of service that Registers of Scotland strives for. I offer my sincere apologies for the unavailability of our systems on 19 July and for the undoubted inconvenience this caused our customers. We have identified the causes of the disruption and will be working hard to make sure there is no repetition.
