On 23 October we’re introducing several improvements towards both our advance notices and land registration application form.
For both advance notices and the application form, the changes relate to the list of deed types to select from.
Following customer consultation we understood there to be some confusion with the options relating to extensions of lease, and so we’re streamlining the options to avoid confusion.
We’ve also made further updates to our land registration application form, which centre on streamlining the final product to deliver overall usability improvements.
These changes represent minor updates, but for us they are an important part of ensuring we deliver efficient services for our customers.
