Freedom of information class: How we're performing
We are transparent and publish statistics showing how well we perform against our service standards.
KPI quarterly update
In our corporate business plan 2020-2025 we outline our four strategic objectives. We're using a series of key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure we achieve them.
We want to be transparent and share our progress on a quarterly basis.
Land register completion
Completing the land register by 2024 is one of our strategic objectives.
The tables and pdf maps below show our current progress.
Registered land mass as of 31 March 2021
|Scotland's land mass registered||Change from previous month|
*This negative change in land mass is not because of any loss of coverage on the Land Register, but due to a method change in how land mass coverage is calculated from March 2021 onwards.
|Land register county||Registered land mass|
|Orkney and Zetland||22%|
|Ross and Cromarty||36%|
We continue to work hard to clear our backlog of cases.
The work programme to clear this arrear has been developed with the customer at the heart of its solutions but it is taking longer than originally estimated.
Our most recent six month review of the corporate plan addresses how we plan to meet these targets.
The figures below show monthly progress on how we’re completing cases in the backlog.
|Backlog||February 2021||March 2021|
|Oldest case||4 January, 2017||4 January, 2017|
|March 2021||In service standard||Out of service standard||Total|
