The Coronavirus (Scotland) (No.2) Act 2020 came into force on 27 May.
The legislation ensures writs or documents which fall to be recorded in the Register of Inhibitions or the Register of Judgments, and are not already covered by Schedule 4 of the Coronavirus (Scotland) Act 2020, will be covered to allow electronic submission for registration.
