The Register of Deeds (RoD) will open to submissions received through the DX Exchange courier network on Wednesday 1 July 2020.
If you have submissions to the RoD such as leases, wills or minutes of agreement, use the following DX and exchange number to clearly identify your mail:

Please use this number for RoD applications only. Any non RoD paperwork received will be returned to sender.
Any other applications to the following registers or services should continue to be made digitally using our new online systems.

- Land Registers
- Register of Inhibitions
- Register of Judgements

RoS buildings remain closed. This means we are unable to receive general mail, personal presentments from members of the public at the office or any couriers carrying non RoD applications.
If you have an urgent case or you can't access the DX Exchange network, you can contact customer services for support.
We are unable to accept cheques as a method of payment.
Users must have the ability to pay by either direct debit with a FAS account or by a post-payment invoice.
Setting up a direct debit
Send the original mandate form to your bank.
Then send a scanned copy along with the required information form to email@example.com.
If you don't have a FAS account
To request a FAS account email firstname.lastname@example.org with the information below:
- contact name
- contact telephone number
- email address for statements
