Limits on house moves are relaxing on 29 June in Scotland.

The Scottish Government is preparing to enter 'Phase 2' of the route map to ease Coronavirus (Covid-19) restrictions.

Registers of Scotland continues to offer a range of digital services to support its customers as the market re-opens.

These facilities replace the physical paper application submissions process.

Our new online system allows you to scan and upload your documents to send to us directly.

We continue to consult with the Law Society of Scotland to agree when the application record will be declared officially re-open.

Our buildings will remain closed after 29 June but we will continue to deliver a range of services to support customers and enable property transactions to take place.

You can find out more about the latest position on all our products and services.

More information on phase two and what this means for the housing market is available from the Scottish Government.
