Reports portal updates

We are committed to improving the online reports portal through a rolling programme of enhancements and fixes and we'd like to bring your attention to the most recent changes, implemented on 25 May 2016. For further information, please email reports@ros.gov.uk

You're now able to view the reason for a request being returned as 'cannot be completed' on the Portal (previously this information was only sent by email).

Document upload validation

The system now creates an alert if, when ordering a plans report, you try to progress past the 'Deeds / Ordnance Survey Map Details' page without successfully uploading a document. It's necessary to hit the 'upload' button once you've searched for and attached your deed/plan, otherwise we won't receive it. This alert will not prevent you from progressing through the ordering process if you haven't uploaded anything; we recognise there are limited situations where you've intentionally not uploaded a plan.
