Sasine copy deeds will be available for self-serve from ScotLIS business from Tuesday 17 May.
The new service allows you to search for, purchase and download sasine copy deeds as part of your existing ScotLIS business account.
To use this service you’ll need an:
- online services account with access to ScotLIS business
- active FAS account
You can request access to ScotLIS business.
You can access the service from the ScotLIS business homepage under ‘Services’.
You can only use this service to retrieve plain copies. Extracts should be ordered from the RoS website.
Registers of Scotland does not hold copies of deeds from the:
- Particular Register
- Burgh Register
- General Register (pre 1870)
Please contact National Records of Scotland to order deeds from these registers directly.
