It gives an outline of our key business activities and performance over the past financial year.
Our main priority in 2024-25 has been to continue to clear our open casework. As of March 2025, our total stock was 101,229 – compared to 122,051 in March 2024.
Other highlights were:
- We completed 91% of registrations within 35 days
- We made progress in delivering the benefits of a completed land register, with land mass coverage now at over 95%
- We prepared for the launch of our two newest registers – on Moveable Transactions – which went live on 1 April 2025
- We launched our Employee Value Proposition to support talent acquisition and help reduce our reliance on contractors in our digital workforce
- We maintained our gold level ‘We Invest in People’ accreditation from Investors in People
- We maintained a financial self-funded position and delivered a surplus – providing financial support to the Scottish Government
