Information requested

  1. The number of staff that currently work employed by the organisation that are contractual home workers
  2. The number of contractual home workers employed by the organisation in each of the last three financial years: 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22

Response

RoS does not have a formal Homeworking policy however two colleagues have a Homeworking agreement due to special circumstances. These agreements were entered into prior to 2019 and have remained the same over the last three financial years: 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22.
