You asked for information relating to “the total spend by the organisation on social media advertising, including a breakdown by year and by form of social media (for example, Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn) following periods: 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22”.

The variation between 2019-2020 and the following financial years are due to several niche vacancy promotions along with targeted, paid for, advertisements in relation to in-person events we were running. Due to the pandemic, these events are now held remotely to accommodate everyone.
