Information requested:
- In 2024-25, how many days did the chief executive of this public body work? If you do not have a chief executive, please provide data for the equivalent role, which would be the top-ranking corporate officer at this public body e.g. Managing director, president etc.
- In 2024-25, how many days of annual leave did this individual take?
- In 2024-25, how many days did this individual work from home, and how many days did they go into the office?
Response:
- In 2024/25, the Keeper worked 184 days. With effect from 01 July 2024, the Keeper moved from a full-time contract (37 hours over 5 days per week) to a part-time contract (30 hours over 4 days per week).
- In 2024/25, the Keeper took 33 days annual leave (this includes leave taken for public holidays and privilege days). The Keepers full-time annual leave allowance is 41.5 days (30 days per year plus 11.5 days to account for public holidays and privilege days). Having moved to part-time hours from 01 July 2024, her pro-rated annual leave allowance was 35.6 days for the financial year 2024/25.
- In 2024/25, the Keeper worked a total of 74 days from home and 110 days working from either one of our offices (Meadowbank House, Edinburgh or St Vincent Plaza, Glasgow) or other office locations (Scottish Government or Stakeholder offices etc.).
