    LMS module = £25,042.89 ex VAT per annum (Total annual contract value including LMS for the full Cornerstone contract £91,679.24 ex VAT per annum)

  1. What is the contract start and end date (including any optional extension periods)? 

    29th September 2022 – 28th September 2026 (2+1+1-year contract)

Our People and Change Team are responsible for shaping the organisation’s digital learning strategy and ensuring our systems support this effectively. Delivery of the strategy is specifically managed through our Learning and Development Team.

Planned Changes or Reviews

Are there any plans to review or replace your LMS in the next 12–24 months?

We continue to regularly assess how our systems support the organisation’s deliverables, and this includes our current learning platforms. As part of our broader planning cycle, we anticipate reviewing these systems within the next 12–24 months to ensure they remain aligned with our needs. At this stage, no specific decisions have been made regarding replacement, but ongoing evaluation will inform any future direction.

Integration and Strategic Use

Is your LMS/learning platform currently integrated with other internal systems (e.g. HRIS, payroll, CRM)?

The LMS forms part of a software package which also includes Recruitment and Performance management modules.
