The average processing time, in either days or working days, for a nil-value ('Love & Affection, No Monetary Value') transfer of property title during the period of Quarter One 2025 (January to March inclusive) 2025?

Response:

Based on records identified through our Land Registration System (LRS), the average processing time for nil-value title transfers between January to March 2025 was:

  • Days: 51.46
  • Working days: 37.50
