From the 16 December 2025 our Land and Property Data Reports fees will change.
The price of our Data Reports has not changed in 15 years. To allow us to provide a sustainable and excellent service, we have recently undergone a review.
As part of this review, we will put in place a new fee structure that better reflects the value of the product.
This change will help us maintain the high standards of service you expect.
From 16 December 2025 the report fee will increase for:
- Land Values (all sales)
- Non-residential Land Values sales (all commercial, land, farm, forestry and other)
- Residential Land Values sales (all residential sales, including non-market value sales)
- Sales for Consideration (market value residential sales)
- Data Matching
- Bespoke reports
