House price statistics
These house price statistics contain the median and mean price of all residential market value property sales in Scotland, as well as the volume of sales and their total value. The figures are published monthly.

The latest spreadsheet contains monthly, quarterly and calendar year statistics since April 2003. This is updated and revised on the first working day of each month, with new quarters and calendar years added when the period is completed.
