This ensures that only the most urgent cases are prioritised.

- Economic Crime (Transparency and Enforcement) Act 2022 (for land register application created pre-05092022)
- De-crofting
- Government-led grant
- Removal from Register of Overseas Entities under s.9 of the 2022 Act
- A standard security being enforced
