How to request an expedite

Follow these instructions when submitting your request.

Information needed

You should supply the following information:

  • the address of the property which requires registration
  • your name, phone number and email address
  • the name of the solicitor’s firm or company
  • the title number (optional)
  • evidence of the required date you’re working towards, when you need your application for registration to be completed.

If you have a required date you are working towards

Depending on the reason for an expedite, you may need to supply evidence that supports your required date.

The required date allows us to prioritise requests by urgency.

This can be the required date:

  • related to an offer of a loan that is due to expire
  • when a transaction is due to settle

You must include your required date on the submission form.
