Copy deed fees

• £25 + VAT per plain copy
• £35 + VAT per extract or certified copy. (usually used for court purposes.)

1. You will receive an email confirming that we’ve received your order.
2. We will then review your request.
3. You will then receive an email with a link to pay an invoice. You must pay the invoice before we can provide you with the copy deeds.
4. Once we have received your payment, we will issue your document in PDF format via email.

We do not accept payment by cheque.
