Cadastral map check facility

RoS offers a cadastral map check facility to aid the preparation of plans reports.

This:

1. involves physical access to a workspace in our Meadowbank House office – bookable using our Cloudbooking service
2. involves access via a secure user account and login to our Plans Viewer platform from your own device
3. involves the ability to search for and visually check which, if any, cadastral units affect a given property/area
4. could include Draft Cadastral Units (DCUs – for pending applications), Tree Preservation Orders, Advance Notices and Registered Titles

The service does not allow for any:

• uploading of data
• downloading of data
• access to any other data or systems

Following a cadastral map check additional information on any cadastral units (listed at point 4) can be obtained from ScotLIS in the usual way.
