Our plans report fast track service will go live from 9 December 2025.
Fast track fees
Plans reports levels and fees (ex VAT) from 9 December 2025.
The new prices for the fast-track service will take effect on 9 December 2025. Please note prices are exclusive of VAT.
Fast track service details and T&Cs
- You can request a same day fast track for both the Basic and Standard reports.
- Accepted fast track requests are processed before 5pm on the day of receipt.
- We can only accept fast tracked report requests on a weekday, after midnight and before 10am.
- We will review your request after it is submitted, as we can only accept fast track requests which meet our acceptance criteria. Please read the fast track acceptance criteria
- If your request does not meet the fast track acceptance criteria, you will be informed by 12 noon.
- Where we are unable to accept a fast track request you can choose to have us process your request within 3 working days or cancel it. If you choose to cancel the report request, you will not be charged a fee. If you choose to process within 3 working days, you will be charged the applicable non-fast track fee. Once we begin reviewing your fast track request you can no longer cancel it.
- You can track the status of reports via email and in the portal, including any reasons why your fast track request has not been accepted.
