Corporate Plan launch
In April 2022 we published our five-year Corporate Plan covering the period 2022-27.
On 24th April we published our most recent delivery plan covering what we plan to achieve in Year 3 (2024-2025) building on the progress we made in 2023-2024.
The ScotLIS Land Register API and the Register Land and Property (RLP) API
Registers of Scotland (RoS) have developed two new application programming interfaces (APIs) for our customers. An API is a software intermediary that allows two applications to talk to each other, to extract and share data within and across organisations.
Applications are now being accepted for access to the ScotLIS LR API and the RLP API.
Audit & Risk Committee Recruitment
A number of opportunities have opened up to join our Audit & Risk Committee.
We are looking for two new members for the committee itself and then - separately - for an Audit & Risk Committee Chair who will also serve as a Non-Executive on our Board.
We want people who are inspiring, passionate, collaborative and strategic, and bring core experience in organisational level risk assurance, to join us.
If you believe that you have the skills we are looking for, find out more and apply .
Geovation Scotland accelerator programme
We are calling all land, property, and location tech entrepreneurs to participate in our 6th annual Geovation Scotland accelerator programme.
In their latest blog, Jess Sibley, Geovation Scotland Delivery Lead, tells us the essential components of the ideal candidates they are looking for.
Applications close 6 May.
Customer satisfaction results
We achieved a score of 81.7 out of 100 in our spring customer satisfaction survey results. Find out more about our progress and what we plan to do next.
Register of Persons Holding a Controlled Interest in Land (RCI)
Non-compliance became an offence after 1 April 2024, which means those in scope who should be on the Register but have not met the deadline could risk a fine of up to £5,000.
We will continue to accept submissions after the deadline. We would encourage everyone who is eligible to engage with the process and register as soon as possible.
As RCI is an event driven register. When an event occurs which affects the information held on the register, the RCI entry must be updated to reflect that change.
