Give us your views on customer satisfaction

Our latest customer satisfaction survey is now live and will be open until Monday 6 October. It takes around ten minutes to complete, and you can remain completely anonymous. However, if you require a specific response, there is an option to add your details.

In our most recent survey, we achieved a score of 83.4 (out of 100). This is higher than both the UK all-sector average score of 77.3 and the public sector average score of 74.

Changes to Plans Report service fees

Our Plans Report service fees changed on 19 August.

We recently reviewed our Plans Report service to ensure a sustainable, excellent service for our customers now and in the future.

Changes to date:

  • increase in Level 1 (now called Basic) and Level 3 (now called Standard) Plans Reports fees
  • removal of Level 2 Plans Reports
  • our standard processing times will change to within 3 working days.

Upcoming changes in early autumn 2025:

  • a Fast Track service will be introduced for customers who need an urgent report
  • keep up to date on the latest developments in our newsletter
  • customers will also receive an email update with the go-live date.
