We published our Country of Origin Report
The Country of Origin Report 2025 shows where land and property owners and tenants were based at the time of purchase, including locations within Scotland, the rest of the UK, and beyond.
Geovation Scotland Showcase 2026
On Thursday 12 March, Geovation Scotland hosted their annual Showcase event. This event highlighted the founders of Cohort 7 of the accelerator programme. They have spent the last 9 months working on their businesses by validating their ideas, refining their MVP’s, learning from curated subject experts to shape their story into a polished and professional pitch.
A huge thank you to everyone who helped us pull this event together, and to all those who attended.
Our upcoming RoS webinars
We host regular webinars aimed at upskilling and providing vital information to our stakeholders.
Our April webinars:
- Voluntary Registrations – Thursday 2 April, 10am

Pre-election period
From 26 March – 7 May, our communications will be limited as we follow Scottish Government pre-election period guidance, though essential business will continue as normal.
Pre-election period is a defined period before polling day when government, public bodies, and civil servants must act with heightened political neutrality.
Its purpose is to ensure that public resources are not used in a way that could influence the election or appear politically biased.
We will also be following post-election guidance as soon as this becomes available.
