When a loan has been repaid, the creditor grants a Discharge of the Standard Security in favour of the debtor. This deed clears the property of the outstanding burden of the Standard Security.

A disposition is a form of deed which runs in the name of a granter alone, and is intended to transfer the ownership of land.
