Our latest Customer Satisfaction Survey is live
We are always keen to hear your feedback so that we can continue to improve and provide top quality customer service.
If you have been in touch with us or used our services in the last 3 months – either in a professional or personal capacity - we would really appreciate if you could fill out our Autumn Customer Satisfaction Survey by following one of the links below. Thank you for your continued support.
Annual Report and Accounts published
We published our 2022-23 Annual Report and Accounts on 26 September. It gives an outline of our key business activities and performance over the past financial year.
A key focus of 2022-23 has been our continued effort to clear our long-standing open casework and respond to the needs of our customers.
Share your view – user research
We are looking for firms with an interest in Transfer of Part applications to give their views on future research we are conducting on an initiative regarding open casework TP processing.
If you would be interested, please contact us at userresearch@ros.gov.uk.
RCI – latest news and features
We continue to work with customers to improve their experience of making a submission to RCI. Our RCI guidance articles are easily accessible and designed to help our customers navigate the legislation and the registration process. To keep up to date with new features released, see our What’s New pages.
We continue to deliver monthly webinars on RCI, please see our webinar page to find out more and to view previous topics.
Scottish Ministers encourage everyone who is within scope of the RCI legislation to engage with the process as early as possible.
Those in scope now have until 1 April 2024 to register before RCI offence provisions have effect.
