Register of Deeds extract update
Paper extracts for the Register of Deeds (RoD) will soon be issued with a digital seal. This is part of our ongoing digital journey and a step towards being able to offer fully digital extracts in the future.
While the digital seal means the extracts will look a little different, the content of them won’t change. The seal image alongside the preamble, Keeper’s signature, flysheet and card backing, all contribute to confidence in a genuine paper extract.
If you have any queries regarding this change, please email the RoD technical support team at ORsupport@ros.gov.uk.
