Land and Property Data Reports fee change

From 16 December 2025, our Land and Property Data Reports fees will increase.

The price of our Data Reports has not changed in 15 years. To allow us to continue to provide a sustainable, excellent service for our customers now and in the future, we have recently undergone a review. As part of this review, we will implement a new fee structure that better reflects the value of the product.

Find out more about the update.

Shaping our services around evolving customer needs

This month we celebrated National Customer Services week - an opportunity to reflect on the important role customer experience plays in delivering high-quality public services.

In our latest blog, Head of Customer Policy & Research, Jonathan Newby, outlines our new Customer Experience (CX) strategy and how it’s designed to evolve with the changing needs of our customers.
