Plans reports service

Published: 17 November 2021

Our plans reports service has changed.

A new portal has been created to order plans reports. All plans reports should be ordered through the new service. The new service is more accessible, clearer to use and more easily updated based on customer feedback. All historical records from the existing portal will be available on the new one.

Legal and combined reports should continue to be ordered on the existing portal.

To use this new service you’ll need:

  • an online services account
  • an active FAS account

Service walk-through

What’s new?

An improved dashboard giving you complete access to requests and reports across your organisation (including historical requests).

Enhanced search functionality from your dashboard across all of your organisations requests.

Uploads

An increase in maximum document size from 20MB to 75MB for uploads with the ability to drag and drop.

You can now upload shapefiles/spatial data directly to the request, with the ability to view the plan within your request. You will no longer have to send these via email.

There is now no limitation on the number of documents you can upload on each request, however, if more than 5 deeds/plans are submitted/referred to additional charges may apply and you will be notified accordingly.

Invoicing

Invoices will now be sent in a separate email directly to the email address linked to your FAS account. Invoices will also still be available to download from the portal. If you need to update this please contact: creditcontrol@ros.gov.uk

Continuations

Continuations should be requested directly from your completed request rather than using ‘create a new request’. The continuations link can be found below the downloadable report on your completed request.
